Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phmarry reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon detection of duplicate accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. phmarry is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmarry login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. phmarry is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3.1 Verification Obligation. phmarry is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") when requested by phmarry.
3.2 Required Documents. phmarry may request any or all of the following: a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
3.3 Consequences of Non-Verification. If you fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period after request, phmarry reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal privileges, or close the account. phmarry will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phmarry Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phmarry does not charge currency conversion fees as all balances are maintained in PHP.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phmarry currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported payment methods may change at phmarry's discretion; players will be notified of material changes.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phmarry processes standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business hour during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. phmarry will report suspicious activity to appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. phmarry offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period or bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are offered on a per-player basis. Only one phmarry account per person, household, IP address, or device may claim any given promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5.4 phmarry's Right to Amend. phmarry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where phmarry determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of an error, or in breach of these Terms, phmarry reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.1 Certified RNG. All games available on the phmarry Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed third-party providers. phmarry does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Game Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or display, phmarry reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund the wager(s) placed. Winnings resulting from manifest errors in game display or calculation are not valid and will not be paid.
6.3 Connectivity. phmarry is not responsible for losses arising from your internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions beyond phmarry's reasonable control. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to connectivity loss, phmarry's system records will be used to determine the outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmarry Platform:

8.3 Self-Exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any phmarry content without prior written consent.
10.1 No Warranty. The phmarry Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phmarry takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and reliability, phmarry does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
10.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmarry's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Consequential Loss. phmarry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered. phmarry is not responsible for gambling losses. You assume full responsibility for your gambling activities on the phmarry Platform.
phmarry collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a phmarry account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phmarry takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. 12.1 Amendments. phmarry reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the phmarry Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your phmarry account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
12.3 Account Closure by phmarry. phmarry reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; (c) regulatory requirements mandate account closure; or (d) the player is found to have been under 21 years of age.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9487 (as amended).
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phmarry arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting phmarry support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who are unable to resolve a dispute with phmarry directly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels, in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures.
